Witch House Salon: A smarter POS for a busy beauty salon
Replacing a broken POS with a custom-built system, and giving Witch House Salon a website for the first time.
Witch House Salon was running on a point-of-sale system that kept failing them, causing billing errors and slowdowns on the salon floor. Our main focus was building them a custom POS from scratch, fixing every problem in the old system and adding cutting-edge features it never had.
The new system, built with Laravel and MySQL, handles order taking, multi-counter invoicing across services, staff work-time records with customer feedback, store management, and a full inventory system for product purchase and use, with billing that supports shifts, regular discounts, VIP discounts, and pending services.
Alongside the POS, we designed and built their first-ever website on WordPress and Elementor, complete with a custom Facebook auto-share plugin for offers, packages, and promo videos, and helped them set up domain, hosting, and migrate their old data.
